22.01.2022 This is your daily reminder to wash those filthy hands! Read below for a quick guide on how to keep them squeaky clean, remember - prevention is key! Wet your hands with clean, running water warm or cold is fine. Turn off the tap and apply some soap. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap, taking care to lather the backs of your hands, in between your fingers and under your nails, as well as your palms and fingers.... Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. The general advice to make sure you stay on this step for long enough, is to keep going until youve hummed the Happy Birthday song from beginning to end, twice. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water. Dry your hands thoroughly, using a clean towel or disposable hand towel.
