02.01.2022 Hear what COTA SA CE, Jane Mussared has to say in the immediate wake of the State Budget which was handed down today http://ow.ly/lnwP50Cgjqn The budget includes funding which has already funded a range of measures to keep us safe from COVID-19 - we acknowledge this and thank the State government for its outstanding leadership in response to the pandemic. We urge that some of the stimulus make its way back to jobseekers who, without targeted support will find it difficult to ...get back into work. We're sorry there was nothing in there for social housing or to address the digital divide further opened up by COVID, however we do welcome the 750 traineeships created in areas including aged care.
