How grateful I am to have so much support and even though some of that support is not in physical reach, I know it exists in the ether ..beyond these walls. I have a most beautiful family that I am connected to by blood and a beautiful family that extends beyond blood. I have been so fortunate in my life to know and connect to so many wonderful beings and I th...ank you. My practice of Yoga and Qi Gong keep me strong and balanced. This is something that I will continue to do every day. I am here to support in any way possible. Please stay in contact and express what you feel to me, too those of you who are available. Sometimes we need to switch off the mobile, the computer, to take a break from the news. To pick up a paint brush, a book, maybe even a bible if you are so inclined, write, dance, sing out loud. I spend very little time on FB these days as it robs me of valuable minutes when I could be interacting physically with people, teaching, meditating and reading from paper pages. I realise the benefits of FB in connection for business and far away friends and very grateful for this although again, I use this very little. Today the first day of 2020 I am so very grateful for my life and all the support I have on so many levels. Every single day is always ...an opportunity to begin with thanks in silence. Today however, I call out to all beings, to friends, family, to earth and what it holds and beyond, THANK YOU! Thank you for seeing me through another year safely and into this new year.
