04.01.2022 I have been reading about "Gluten" and I must say its all bad. This stuff effects the brain big time and is causing all sorts of problems including ADHD, anxiety and chronic stress, chronic headaches and migraines, depression, diabetes, epilspsy, focus and concentration problems, inflammatory conditions including arthritis, insomnia, internal problems such as celias disease, gluten sensitivity and irritable bowel, memory problems and is a precursor to Alzheimer's disease, mood disorders, overweight and obesity, tourette's syndrome and more.... I think its pretty much up there with Sugar
