It is an honour to be partnering up with the passionate team at #streetsmarthandbook to help extend the #selflovesocietyaus service scope to a massive platform. Creating positive change within our community is our mission, and this phenomenal milestone is such a blessed path to reach even more people in need of support within South Australia ... Youth are our future and we are proud to be applying our passionate souls towards supporting them the best we can!!

17.01.2022 ANXIETY Anxiety can be extremely overwhelming at times, not just for us as individuals, but also for those trying to support us through the waves... The truth is, anxiety effects us all in moments though, only it is completely unique for each individual. The most important gift we can all give ourselves and each other, is that of grounding in to our heart spaces, and asking "where is this emotion/feeling/sensation/reaction coming from" - this my loves is called emotional... intelligence, a remarkable skill for seeing beyond the surface and in to the core of emotions. We go from being reactivate, to being lovingly proactive 9/10 times our anxiety has a message for us... and also... 9/10 someone's uneasy responses or behavior have a deeper root cause being triggered by their inner emotional pain. There's a message within them too... Inner healing calls out to even the strongest and most inspiring of soul's, for it is a part of every human experience. During this evolution, we better support ourselves and those around us... Because by allowing ourselves to look deeper in to our inner core and those of others, we begin to support the healing of what isn't aligning. We allow our hearts to lead us beyond the ego's constraints

How often do you beat yourself up when you have a super productive week planned, but for whatever reason, things just don't quite line up?... I used to be an absolute asshole to myself when I couldn't follow through with something, or when I couldn't achieve perfection within a commitment I had made. If this is you too...
