25.01.2022 The thoughts and feelings even self-beliefs that come with "depression" can be like the black dog you just can't shake off. You are not alone. Don't give up. You can begin to believe something else from the over-played scripts in your head. Stay on your therapy journey with a trusted professional. Stay with your medications but get a doctor who will listen, review and revise your medication.
