25.01.2022 Christmas Opening Times 23rd December 7-2.30 We will be closed December 24th and reopen 2nd January 2021.... Our team will be having a much deserved end of year break. We are also extremely grateful for all the support, kindness, understanding and loyalty shown to us by our customers, suppliers, family and friends.

22.01.2022 . We are wishing Ella who has been with us for 3.5 years all the best with starting a teaching post at Lithgow Public this year. We have been appreciative of all the hard work and loyalty, fun and friendship we have all shared, as we have watched Ella work towards her dream. Good luck Ella we are going to miss you.

20.01.2022 Hello everyone I’ve been reflecting on the year that’s just ending and wanted to say how grateful and appreciative I am of the love, support and loyalty shown to me and our Country Coffee team from you, our customers, as you help us get back on our feet. When we had to close and hibernate in March it was heartbreaking for Steve and I and our manager Jane, as we lost so many of our team mates. ... At the end of May when we reopened, I watched with great pride the way our smaller team embraced and committed to building our business back up, and the response from you was heartwarming. This wasn’t easy and as we were trying to do 7 days, we had a seating limit of 10, then 25 and now 50. Turning people away as well as making sure people were checked-in was hard to balance with regards to customers, and it was overwhelming at first for everyone but we got there!!! Adjusting to Covid and the requirements necessary to keep us compliant is draining and challenging and constantly changing. I deeply appreciate the effort and positivity shown by these beautiful people (I am very fortunate to see on a daily basis the little acts of kindness shared amongst our team towards their peers and customers). Jane our manager has been amazing in creating and keeping a steady, positive and understanding environment for our staff and customers. She has helped rally morale and shown guidance to our team through some difficult situations ... a big THANKS Jane for looking out for all of us ... your actions and caring is never ending and deeply appreciated. I also reflect how proud I am to be moving into my 30th year of business, which we will definitely celebrate with some fun birthday events during the coming year. Big thanks to my family who for three decades have always believed in my dream, and who constantly show love and support in so many ways. Steve and I wish our customers, staff, suppliers and friends a safe, healthy and peaceful New Year. Thank you Kim

02.01.2022 As from the 1st January NSW government has made it compulsory to use the Service NSW App to check into all hospitality venues using the QR code to scan in. Each business has a unique code. This allows for information to be accessed quicker for tracing and contacting people in regard to Covid 19. We appreciate your cooperation as we adapt to this new system.

01.01.2022 Just an update for a few changes. We have been listening to your feedback and have been building up our team to support our opening hours. We appreciate your understanding and support as we know that we may have been confusing people with our open and close times but we have many things to consider with COVID regulations.... From Saturday 21st November we will open 8am till 4pm every Saturday. From 1st December we will open 7am-4 pm Monday to Friday Saturday 8am-4pm Sunday 8am-2pm which we hope will allow you to meet friends for afternoon tea or for pre Christmas catchups. We are now taking bookings for all days of the week. We will be giving our team an extended Christmas Break this year. 24th December 2020 Reopen 2nd January 2021 We are still limited to 25 people inside the cafe and will continue to maintain all COVID safe Check in’s and cleaning procedures as recommended by NSW Health. Once again thankyou for the support shown to us during these challenging times.
