23.01.2022 What does freedom mean to you? Freedom is having the choice to go to that Campdraft, to go on a trip north to visit my second family, to go over seas and visit my sister and other friends and family, to be working a job I enjoy & love, to be able to have a week off here and there to be able to spend precious time with loved ones. And this is just the beginning for me! Im not wildly successful and make millions but I couldnt imagine my life with out my business! It has ope...ned up so many doors for me, one being the amazing community I am apart of and the woman I am surrounded by. Two having access to so much personal development expanding my mindset, goals and my belief in what I can make possible! 22.01.2022 2 years today From a little 22 year old just wanting to make a little bit of coin for her overseas trip, to having a solid little online business, inspiring men and woman daily to better there lifestyle!! Stop wearing clothes that dont make you feel like yourself, living in towns that dont excite you and buying cheap bras. Seriously. That is B.S. and will end up hurting your back in the long run. Start saying yes to things that make you happy and wear shoes that make you giggle. Listen to music that makes you dance alone in your kitchen and cook food that makes you feel like youre in a French film from the 1930s. 21.01.2022 When you find something that is sooo simple and works you never give it up!! I came across our program a little over two years now! I was sick as a dog and had been for 3 months! I couldnt shake it! My skin was horrible, I didnt sleep all that well and my overall health was down the drain even when I tried to eat super healthy! No know matter what I eat or drink I know my body is getting the nutrition it needs! Dont get me wrong I still eat healthy 90% of the time but ev...en on my bad days I know what my body is getting! I finished my experiment a month ago and only went on 2 out of the 4 capsules and I still felt great but my skin consistently had break outs, my sleep was broken and my hair wasnt 100%! Now I am back on all 4 and my body is back to normal thank god!! This program is 100% non negotiable for me!!

How do you juggle contracting, your online business, hair and all the extras you do? .... . . . . Well its simple!! I am soo passionate about everything I do its easy for me!! I love life on the land and I found another passion of mine within an amazing community of Rural woman! I want very big throngs from my life and contacting just isnt going to cut it. 12.01.2022 My health journey started 2 years ago when stumbling across something that would change my life forever! When I first came across this program I was sceptical. I was uneducated about network marketing, I didnt believe something so easy could work, I thought it was just a scam. But boy was I wrong! When I finally stepped out and took the leap I had been sick for the good part of 3 months, with in a week and a half/2 weeks I was over that flu in the next week I noticed my... skin had cleared up. From someone that suffered a little bit of cystic acne on my jaw line this was just so unbelievable and exciting! No my big lumps, pain and no more being self conscious!! The next thing that came was a boost in my energy and better sleeping at night! Now anyone that works on a property or contact knows that being able to have a good sleep and have energy through out the whole day is essential! Now 2 years later I still can see and feel a difference in my self! If I fall out of routine with these products I feel it pretty well straight away! Especially my skin!!! My skin craves this!! 11.01.2022 Your mindset plays a huge part of your success! Negative thoughts really do have a massive impact on what happens next in your life! There are always going to be bumps in the road but you have to stay positive and what ever you want out of life you have to put it out to the universe! I have learnt sooo much about this over the past two years. I now surround myself with like minded men and woman daily. Its hard to get where your going when the people around you bring you dow...n! Stay true to yourself and keep those good ones close! Keeping a clear mind is easy for me with the help of my team and my daily capsules! I couldnt be more blessed then to have found all of this! When you find something that works for you there is no excuse for you not to work for it! 08.01.2022 Its ok to fall off the band wagon! Some times life gets a little crazy! Sometimes its to much to knee up with everything and you just needs bit of a break!! I can afford to do this with my business (thank god)! With the amazing support crew around me getting me back on my feet again, I am slowly getting back in 110% to my business! Our company is a very forgiving company when life gets a little much! So thankful I could have this little bit of time off to get my head sorte...d but now I am back and back in full swing. 08.01.2022 Its crazy to sit here on my Sunday morning drinking my daily chocolate and peanut butter smoothy looking back on the past two years! As of late I have caught myself thinking about where are I am and how different my life is! I keep asking myself I wonder would I be this person if I didnt take the leap into the online world. Would I still be running completely wild with no personal development? Where would my health be at? Would I be getting crook every winter for the whole... winter? Would I be over weight? Would I have goals and ambitions? Would I still be in a ridiculous amount of debt? Living pay cheque to pay cheque? So many questions I have for myself but I do remember 2 years ago sitting their thinking there has to be an easier way to do life! There has got to be some way I can boost my immune system with out eating like a rabbit I also wanted a way to make more money but with out having to quit the job I was in and go to the mines because I loved/love what I do! Its just so funny how my life has changed in a short two years and how much I love my life & the impact I have these days! Thank you @theruralshe_empire for changing my life forever

08.01.2022 Stolen moment!! When you find yourself bored so you start scrolling on Facebook/instagram, when you decide to turn a movie on! Have you thought that those stolen moment could be the difference between living an average life working 9-5, having only 4 weeks off every year, going on the occasional overseas trip if your lucky! ... Stolen moment for me are filled with talking to beautiful people about improving their health, education, self development and down time reading a book that will benefit me! I do love a good movie but when you find yourself watching more than one a week or getting hooked on a tv series you have to sit down and think to yourself what all that time filled with education could do for your future! Stolen moments could be whats stopping you getting where your going! Use them wisely

03.01.2022 Keeping it real! . . . .... . . Im not that girl that spends and hour every day working out, nor am I the girl who eats 99.9% healthy! I am the girl who lives a happy, healthy, balanced lifestyle! Thats girl who when she goes to town indulges in take out, pub feeds, chocolates and iced cold schooners at the pub! Lucky for me my lifestyle is extremely active with the job I keep but I do put in the effort most morning to do a 10-15minute work out to stay toned and fit! I also eat fairly healthy taking rice crackers & tuner for smoko instead of cake or eating a salad instead of a sandwich for lunch! Putting 32 different fruits, vegetables & plant based omegas in my system before 6am most morning! Adding this 2 minute task to my routine has helped me in multiple ways like sleeping sounder, clearer skin, clearer mind (no fogginess), healthier hair, endless amounts of energy (I was already blessed with this but now its 10x better ) & flue free winters My lifestyle is healthy
