17.01.2022 I love cooking with veg from my garden makes me happy. Chicken mince, onion, sweet potatoe, carrot, zucchini, sugar snap peas, spinach, bok choy, fresh sage, parcely, bazillion and oregano. With garlic, sweet chilli sauce and a splash of Tabasco. Served with rice.

11.01.2022 Im a left over lover so here is a simple lunch for you. Whole grains wraps. Smear half a wrap with avocado put a thick layer of left over fried rice on top followed by a layer of left over meat. Some lettuce and spinich sliced finely fold in half and toast. Yummo

07.01.2022 A fun one for the kids and so easy and cheap. combine 2 cans of spaghetti. 1 can of lentils. Small amount of chopped fresh parsley, bazil, garlic and oregano. 10 large spinach leaves sliced. Heat until bubbling add egg and cook without mixing until egg is cooked. While cooling heat 1 whole meal wrap per person either under grill in pan or I did mine in the sandwich toaster takes 20sec. Cut and serve. My 10yr old girl gives this 7/10 and my 5yr old said "WOW!!! this is great its so interesting" and her imagination went wild while eating it up. Both licked there plates.

07.01.2022 I have kids so I love making faces with food so here is my bearded man salad. Steak cook with chilli flakes and a pinch of salt, cucumber, spring onion, mushrooms, avocado, beetroot, carrot, zucchini noodles/strips lightly cooked in steak juices with a serving or brown, red and wild rice.
07.01.2022 PT mumma of 3 exercise squeeze = standing next to my bed in undies doing 30 squats followed by lower half squats until I cant move my legs then hold until I have finished checking and replying to emails and msgs jump in bed bridge until finished checking Facebook then it must be time to sleep before getting up before class goodnight all.
