24.01.2022 My Business Journey!! Almost 6yrs ago I was a mum of 2 beautiful babies Eli was 2 and Willow 3months old... I should have been excited about life we had just added to our beautiful family but there was some big down sides Justin was working away most weeks and we had not long moved to a new area.. I was feeling lost, suffering from anxiety and depression and not feeling myself.... It was at a Campdraft that Justin’s lovely cousin and now close friend spoke to me about trying an incredible product which was wholefood capsules and how she had started her own business working from home.. At the time I was nervous, shy no confidence and thought how could I do that but with a big deep breath I said yes to starting my own... This business has given me the opportunity to rebuild my confidence help fight my depression and becoming a better wife, mother and friend plus it’s helped us financially in a lot of ways, I am so grateful that I can give this gift to other women ..

21.01.2022 @nakedhealthchallenge Transformation After having my second baby, I felt completely depleted. I was exhausted, craving sugar all the time, struggling with my digestive system, and felt like we were constantly getting sick as a family. Something needed to change - I was desperate! Thankfully, I stumbled across the Naked Health Program and it immediately ticked all of the boxes for me. It was safe to incorporate while pregnant and breastfeeding, it was family orientated, it... didn’t involve calorie counting and deprivation and provided a supportive community that I was yearning for. Within weeks I noticed a shift - my energy levels increased, my motivation increased, my food cravings improved dramatically, my constant headaches subsided and overtime our immunity became bulletproof. I’ve since added another baby to the mix and feel more energised than ever.
