18.01.2022 The live forever diet - BE AN 'ICKY GUY' or an 'ICKY GIRL' The people of Okinawa have the longest disability-free life expectancy of any culture on planet earth. Unless anyone else can shine some light on this I have figured out the reasons for this to be many...but mainly.... - They eat off smaller plates - They leave around 20% of the food on their plates - They have social groups from birth And they do not understand the word ' Retirement' ... When I say understand, I mean there is nothing at all in their vocabulary that describes the concept of retirement. Want to know their SECRET? Its called ikigai OR icky guy Ikigai is defined as 'The reason you wake up every morning' or the 'Reason for being' I have my reasons and I am sure you do too. If you haven't, it can be anything... To be better than yesterday, to help a random out each day, to share a motivational post each day, to become better in business, to drink water, to become a super hero and save to planet, to do 2 hours voluntary work per week? Anything... Being an Ikiguy is easy, and apparently the benefits pay off.

07.01.2022 PLAN TO SUCCEED Everyone is busy, I GET THAT... Me too, I forget to plan and I screw up...lot's.... - but i still wake at 4/5am and try map out a plan - I still get 'too busy' tho and often I forget to plan ahead, I forget to drink water...I even forget to eat. But guess what...? When I do plan ahead the results are 1000% better than they were previously...and almost INSTANTLY BETTER! When you wake up on a morning without a basic plan you will feel like youre playing catch up the whole day leading to stressy feelings, lack of willpower, grumpiness and low energy levels. Instead if we just took 15 minutes every night to map out a plan, an exercise time slot, create a to-do list for the next day you eliminate 50% of the decisions you would normally make in a day. How busy are you? How busy am I? Are we really so busy that we can't drink a glass water? Can a car run on zero fuel? Can a plant survive without water? It's proven the average person spends 10-13 hours per week on social media... 'Which takes up valuable meal prep, water bottle filling and getting some fresh air' We all know that planning ahead is the better option and can add hours to our week and improve our quality of life in a big way. So if you do anything to help you achieve health n happiness it would be 'PLAN AHEAD' try it just for 2 days - give it everything you have just for those 2 days. If life doesn't improve, then go back to normal! Have an awesome one!
