19.01.2022 Here in Australia, we could start with compelling employers to report data on instances of sexual harassment and discrimination, lifting the restrictive six-month time limit for making complaints to the Australian Human Rights Commission and requiring companies to report the results of gender pay audits to their boards (because only 13.9 per cent of them do). This new year gives us the opportunity to pledge that all of us, and not just victims, advocate for change.
