14.01.2022 Here’s another awesome review of our latest session Subcore30. I have just completed the 4 week block of Subcore30 with P4mance Health and Fitness and highly... recommend this class. I felt abdominal muscles I didn't know existed and I am feeling stronger in my core week to week. Catherine (my trainer) was really positive and demonstrated each exercise, encouraging us to keep going or modifying exercise if struggling. Looking forward to the next round!"
