23.01.2022 Agent Edesia was very inspired today after meeting with Narelle, Amy & Eleonore from Southern Youth and Family Services (SYFS) to learn about the vital work this organisation is doing to support vulnerable, disadvantaged and homeless young people in our region, http://www.syfs.org.au - Stay tuned to learn how Covert Cuisine will support SYFS's crucial community services!

19.01.2022 Guests attending Gourmet Galaxy will be in for a spacetacular dining experience, our Chef for the evening Shane Debnam of Azarak Experimental Kitchen has crafted an out of this world menu with a special dish that has never been done before in the Illawarra. Here is a sample of some of azarak's dessert creations, enjoy!

19.01.2022 So excited to have Neroli & Rob from Underground Epicureans in Newcastle attending the Gourmet Galaxy event. Underground Epicureans provided support and shared learnings to help get Covert Cuisine started. If your ever in Newcastle for the weekend I highly recommend booking in for an Underground Epicureans event.

16.01.2022 Our friends at the Wollongong Science Centre have an exciting brewing discovery night coming up on Friday 10th October. For $15 you will be guided through a one hour presentation on the science of brewing beer and cider, complete with a demo of a live fermentation. Your evening will also include sampling and discovery of locally crafted beers from Illawarra Brewing Company and ciders from Darkes Cider. Limited tickets available, call (02) 4286 5000 to book.

I hope we can draw more visitors to the Illawarra through our events so they can experience all the things we have to offer in this beautiful region.
