23.01.2022 We loved this review of our Chocolate Porter from @goodtimescraftbeer - we just had to share it Cowaramup's Chocolate Porter is a classic WA beer that my still be new to many So what's in the glass?... A delicious Chocolate Porter. A Porter? Yep, and it's reductive to call this "just a Porter" as what’s on offer here is a style of exmplar of brewing experience and expression. Under the latte coloured head lies a slightly creamy mouthfeel which quickly segues to dry, bitter dark choclate with hints of expresso, fleeting soft booze warmth and a whole lotta yum. I'm very happy to have one of WA's best beers finally in cans. Well done Jeremy, Claire and team.

A stalwart in WA beer, true to style and a real lesson in restraint. Available in cans as of Monday & getting ho to Perth soon enough! Full of choc malt and toasty flavour, smooth and subdued. Brewed to perfection and released in cans just in time for the chilli weather, I’ll be getting around quite a bit of this I reckon!

Porter when first visiting the brew house many years ago, and whenever I’m holidaying in the South West I make a pilgrimage to salute this legendary brew that has gained cult status & a very loyal following. What originally began life as a Stout in 2008, morphed into a Robust Porter and, inspired by Young’s Double Chocolate Stout, has been tweaked along the way by Head Brewer, Jeremy Good to develop into the current version that does not disappoint! .
