16.01.2022 Hey everyone I'm doing a new pasta night at the bowls club in Imbil. All the pasta is made fresh by hand and rolled in house. On the menu will be: 12 hour slow ...roast whole lamb pasta finished with fresh basil - $20. Traditional Carbonara, sourcing one of the highest quality bacon from Noosa Voodoo Bacon - $20. Roast pumpkin ravioli finished in a sage and brown butter sauce with fresh spinach - $15. Garlic prawn and white wine pasta with a mixture of confit garlic to give a sweet finish to the dish - $22. Vegan pasta with roast vegtables and fresh herbs $15. Kids Spagetti Bolognese - $10. All pastas are available in a gluten free option. Fresh baked focaccia as a starter - $4. 10.01.2022 Hello Imbil and all who are watching. The pasta night at the bowls club has been an amazing success. For those who don't know I spend around 8 hours just making the pasta for Thursday night and I put all my love and effort into this as it is a great joy for me to make. I have seen Imbil and surrounding areas craving fresh, quality food at a reasonable price. I now challenge the community as a whole and invite everyone to choose what they want to eat from the club! Challenge ...me! Starting tomorrow (26/11/20) community members will vote on the style of food being served. The most votes on a cuisine wins. For sake of efficiency votes are to be made on the Imbil Bowls Club F.B page votes will be tallied on the Friday (4/12/20) and announced on the following Saturday. Watch this space!
