05.01.2022 We thank and farewell Sally and Brett from Crackerjack Bistro this week. We all enjoyed their wonderful food and warm hospitality, and we wish them well in the future. Of course we will still see Brett Patman Music and Sally at Music Trivia on Wednesday nights, so they wont be strangers! Crackerjack Bistro will re-open on Wednesday with our new caterers but same chef - more details to follow!

Tracey and Nico and their children have lived in the Redlands for 16 years, and are also the owners of the popular Muma’z Cafe at Thornlands. Peter, the current Crackerjack chef, will be staying on and we’re pleased to say that his signature glazed ribs will be back on the menu, along with his other specialties, as well as new dishes Tracey plans to introduce. ...
