25.01.2022 This is quite possibly my favourite dish of our new creations, the Beef Cheeks on Soft Polenta with Braised and Crisp Mushrooms, Green Beans and Truffle Oil. Man I love truffle and just had to find a way to get it into the new menu, together with the melt in your mouth beef and buttery parmesan polenta it's an irresistible combination! Don't forget we have bare foot bowls from 5pm followed by the groovy tunes of The Vibe from 7.30pm, get your Truffle Shuffle on at the Bowlo tonight! 13.01.2022 Honestly this dish nearly turned me vegetarian when I tasted it the first time... Portobello mushrooms roasted with thyme, olive oil and a smidge of garlic served with chunks of grilled haloumi cheese. Add a warm lentil, green bean, artichoke salad and pesto. For a vegan option we swap the haloumi for felafels, and just to top it off it's all gluten free! 04.01.2022 Hi Everyone! Just wanted to share an update with you on our response to the current COVID-19 situation. We are open for business as normal albeit complying with the restriction announced this morning of no more than 100 in an indoor environment. We have been practicing all relevent hygiene practices as we normally do including frequent washing and sanitising of hands, kitchen surfaces & equipment and of course tables in the restaurant. As advised by the health authorities..., for the past 2 weeks we have increased the frequency of these activities to ensure a safe environment for our patrons and staff. All of our staff are well aware of up to date information and if feeling unwell will not be reporting to work or returning until being given the all clear by a doctor. We are working hard to ensure we are providing the same great service, food and drinks for our wonderful guests and be rest assured we won't run out of food like the supermarkets!
