09.01.2022 Just waiting to see how things pan out after Easter guys , hang in there. Longer hair won’t kill you, I’m trying to do the best for the community who have supported me for over 20 years. My customers are mates, not a dollar value! Our industry representatives petitioned government on the risk of barbers / hairdressers remaining open,and pleaded with them to close us down .. it fell on deaf ears, the majority of other countries forced mandatory closure of our trade. We know t...he the risk, especially amongst those who are not equiped to sterilise properly. Hand sanitiser does not cut it, only soap and hot water hand washing constantly,in close proximity the better, barbers normally have a sink between chairs, UV and wet sterilisers. 01.01.2022 COVID-19 In the interest of the health and safety of our Mountain community, and for the protection of my customers, staff and myself ,I have decided to close the shop temporarily as of 5pm Tuesday 31st March, until further notice. As barbers and hairdressers work within close proximity of their customers at all times, we cannot be at the 1.5 metre distance as recommended. I strongly believe as do many in the industry that we should have had forced closure two weeks ago. As f...ar as I know there has been no reported deaths from hair growth. We will be back.
