23.01.2022 Hi to Everyone, hope you are all well and managing through Covid 19. I would like to thank those of You that showed interest in the Mini Tour that i had put together for the CCMF 2020 , I have had to make a decision of this at this early stage as we are all unsure of the remaining part of the year regarding Covid and our borders being in lock down. It is with sadness that i have cancelled the tour . I would sincerely like to thank Anthony and his wife Susan from Austrip...s for all the hard work they put in with accommodation and flights and the tour schedule as well as having Their tour coach booked ready for what was going to be a great add on to CCMF 2020 . With the added problem of Flights being booked with " Virgin" that has also been another small problem with no one knowing what will become of them it has all added to My decision . In regards to the actual Festival I will be monitoring the Governments both Federal and State as to see if it will be a viable to attempt to run CCMF 2020 as if we are still required to Social distance the 1.5 mt and have 1 person per 4sq mts it will not be able to physically allow a crowd into the venue . I am still working with the mainland acts that i have booked and keeping in touch with them as to what the outcome will be. As progress comes along i will keep updating the Festival Page , if anyone has any questions please drop a line . Regards Neale Keep It Country

07.01.2022 Hello to all Country Music friends, as we all know it has been a completely different year and we have had to make changes to our lives all because of a virus called Covid-19 . With so many functions of small to large having to be cancelled or postponed it has taken its toll on all of us. It is with Sadness that i have to inform You all that CCMF 2020 has also become a victim to Covid-19 , with all the restrictions that have been implemented around this great country Austral...ia and with Tasmanian boarders now closed till at least December 1st 2020 it has become impossible to go ahead with the Festival in November 2020 . I have been in constant contact with the mainland artists through out the year and they were all hoping and praying that they would be able to get to Tassie and have a great Festival . I have this week contacted them all and they all are doing well and staying safe and most importantly all hope they can return next year in November with a bigger and better CCMF 2021 . It was suggested by a few people to run the festival as a local Artist event this year but after looking at restrictions and not knowing if they would be lifted in time, no dancing, two square mt,rule , alcohol and food restriction (must be seated) and social distancing all make it hard to function as a friendly family event as it is meant to be. I will keep planing for next year and again will talk with Austrips in regards to having a mini tour of Tassie prior to the Festival next year. so for now it is full steam ahead to cancel venue,catering and all other associated bits for this year and whilst doing that start penciling in ready for CCMF 2021. To everybody that has been such good supporters of this event i thank you all, to all the Artists both Mainlander's and Tasmanian's i would like to thank you all for your support and understanding through these times and hope to work with you all again real soon.
