19.01.2022 Hello friends... Well as some of you may well know by now... but perhaps news to others.. After close to a 5 year stint in Northern NSW, mainly touring from Yeppoon QLD down to Newcastle NSW.. I have relocated back to Adelaide. This will give me more time with family, as well as hopefully do a SA/WA/NT tour in the new year... COVID restrictions pending... but good to start planning for the coming year.... Hopefully more SA venues will start some sense of regular live music so keen to get back and support some favourite venues as well as musicians. Also of anyone based in SA is keen for a covid friendly house concert, or knows of venues looking for solo acts...do your brother a solid and send me a holla Photo below taken outback NSW.. one postcard from the 2,000+ k drive over the last 3 days was great seeing outback country afternoon rain...natures tapestry of native plants and wildflowers, red earth and blue spring skies.
19.01.2022 Hello friends Just having a little contemplative moment as I sit by the fire playing some music and drinking a little whisky... seeing a little light shine through this COVID carousel and the thought of getting out touring and playing music again is an exciting prospect I am definitely ready to embrace (as would be the case with all my muso brothers and sisters I am sure) There is some potential that I may be able to salvage a little bit of WA and NT tour I had planned (depending on borders opening and venues operating etc) ... and I am placing a lot of thought into how to spend the remainder of this year touring/teaching/writing etc... so just throwing this out there if anyone is keen for perhaps a house concert, or venue bookers keen to have me come and play would love to hear from you

06.01.2022 Hello friends... So, as with a lot of my other musician family, gig cancellations have greatly impacted on our way of life with touring & performing as our source of income.. I was scheduled to be performing at Ayers Rock Resort on a 3 month residency from APRIL - JUNE, which I was advised today is on hold indefinitely while these restrictions for COVOID-19 are implemented ... which also puts a big question mark over following tour through WA and NT I had planned.... With that dark cloud of gloom - I will be remaining in Northern NSW for a few more weeks - taking the time to breathe and reflect on priorities, as well as get stuck into songwriting and other creative outlets. I will also be setting up to conduct skype lessons for Guitar, Didgeridoo, Percussion or Songwriting - so if you are at all inclined to learn via a computer screen please inbox me and we can have a yarn. Stay safe and keep an eye and ear out for those more vulnerable and struggling through these difficult times and disruption to our "normal" way of life.
02.01.2022 Hello friends Has been a while since I have had something to post about... has been a weird 3 months without gigging and driving ridiculous amount of k's to follow my passion for music... but some light is starting to shine... I am hopeful that July-Sept will be a good basis for getting back out playing live with venues starting to find their feet post COVID... but am also ramping up options for house concerts across NSW and STH QLD.... so just in case you may be keen to h...ost a house/shed/garden party for a few close friends... shoot me a message and see if we can align something It is also heartwarming to see some festivals being promoted to resume back to some kind of musical normality. Sending a plethora of love and light to you all as we navigate these unknown waters... hope to see you at a gig somewhere
