24.01.2022 You know your in for a great day when Australia's premier bodybuilder and his wife walk into your posing studio bearing gifts. Massive thanks to IFBB Pro League champion Josh Lenartowicz and his wonderful wife Liz for the beautiful bottle of wine and the framed autographed photo, making me feel humbled and embarrassed but very much appreciated. The framed photo will look right at home in my man-cave and the bottle of wine will be lucky to see out the weekend - lol. The photo... reads as follows: "To Craig. Thanks for your coaching for the Ed Corney best posing award at the Arnold Classic Ohio. Your friend Josh Lenartowicz". How freaking cool! I'm pretty proud of that. :) It was great to catch up with Josh after his trip to Ohio and give him a big congratulatory hug for absolutely nailing his routine and picking up the Ed Corney Best Poser award and a cool 10K. Although disappointed at finishing 8th he was rapt to win the Best Poser award and to interact with Arnold onstage when being presented with his cheque. Josh is very excited about competing in his home town on the weekend and I'm expecting a full house with everyone getting behind him. Here he is pictured with Next Level Fitness owner Eyad Molaeb and the trouble-making Kylie Brook who is his biggest fan. 19.01.2022 I get the pleasure of hosting some of Australia's best bodybuilders at my Perfect Posing studio located at Next Level Fitness Clayton. Today I was graced with the presence of one of my all-time Aussie bodybuilding heroes, the legendary Rocco Oppedisano! I think it's been almost a decade since I last shook hands with Rocco so today was a special day for me. Rocco inspired me to run and promote my own bodybuilding show, the Country Classic Invitational and to publish my own bod...ybuilding magazine, Hardcore Aussie Muscle. I stole all of his great ideas.......all with his blessing and support of course. When I told my partner Grumpy (Vicki Arief) that Rocco was going to visit me at my studio she made sure that she was free to join us. We both love Rocco very much. Rocco attended every Country Classic Invitational comp and always presented our Open Men's class winner with the Championship Belt. When the first issue of Hardcore Aussie Muscle was printed, the first thing I did was drive to Rocco's home to give him the very first issue personally. I can't remember anyone capturing my attention like Rocco did today, he was in rare form and had Grumpy and I laughing our heads of with some of his fabulous old stories. I cracked open a bottle of chardonnay that my sister bought for my birthday last year. I couldn't think of a better person to share it with. Rocco loved the gym but in particular loved my man-cave in my posing studio. I had him sit in the boss's chair while Grumpy and I sat on the couch hanging off every word he said. I had no idea how long we had been drinking and chatting for but it turned out to be 3hrs - lol. Seriously, it felt like 5mins, time just flew. Thank you so much for visiting us today, Vicki and I love you very much Rocco. I won't be waiting another 10yrs to catch up again Cheers mate. :)

11.01.2022 Feeling like the most privileged person on the planet after watching our very own Aussie superstar Josh Lenartowicz performing his posing routine for the last time before he flies out tomorrow for this weekends Arnold Classic in Ohio. Josh is the most professional person that I have ever worked with, I seriously do nothing, I just watch him in awe. Today he brought his wife Liz with him who has only seen bits of the routine when Josh and I first put it together on day one. It... was only a sketch and from all accounts she was not that impressed. Fast forward three months and Josh performed it today in front of his wife for the first time since last December. He always gets nervous posing in front of Liz so the pressure was on. After completing his routine to perfection I asked Liz what she thought about it this time. She described it in one word - 'mesmerising'. How freakin' cool is that when your wife who sees you every day describes what you do as mesmerising. I know I have to pick my jaw up off the ground each time he performs it. As per my own personal protocol I don't comment on how Josh is looking or give any details on his routine, that's for Josh to do, not me, so here he is giving everyone a sneak-peek of his massive thighs at the IFBB Melbourne Pro League Qualifier last Saturday. 08.01.2022 One of the cool things about being a posing coach is all the great physiques and nice people that you get to meet along the way. I've been working with my friend Dilly Dillo for awhile now, helping him tweak up his routine and a few poses. Dilly took out the U/70kg IFBB Pro League Vic Qualifier the other week and is my strong tip to take out the U/70kg Arnold's next week. He was kind enough to surprise me with these lovely gifts which are much appreciated. Thanks so much Dilly. Now all I have to do is hide the Scotch from Eyad Molaeb and the Myer gift card from Grumpy...........wish me luck. :)

06.01.2022 Over the last six months in my Perfect Posing Studio I have had the pleasure of working with some awesome physiques, both male and female. Some I have worked with for years now and for some it was my first time working with them. All of them have presented new and unique challenges for me when it comes to teaching the basics such as Quarter Turns and Compulsory Poses as well as creating a Posing Routine to suit their abilities, physique and their choice of music. After the re...cent Arnold Classic weekend it occurred to me that some of those that I have worked with have won some very impressive titles, so I thought I might list some of the athletes and some of the titles that they have won. Lucky Hatzipantelis: 2018 IFBB Pro League U/100kg Victorian Champion and Overall IFBB Pro League Victorian Champion. Chris Kavvalos: 2019 IFBB Pro League O/100kg NSW Qualifier Champion and Overall IFBB Pro League NSW Qualifier Champion. Chad Hayward: 2019 IFBB Pro League Arnold Classic Tall Class Classic Physique Champion. David Roig: 2019 IFBB Pro League Arnold Classic Medium/Tall Class Classic Physique Champion. Tui Schwartz: 2019 IFBB Pro League NZ Women's Physique Champion which won her an IFBB Pro League Pro card. Josh Lenartowicz: Winner of the Ed Corney Memorial Best Posing routine at the IFBB Ohio Arnold Classic which earned him a cool $10,000. As you can see there are some impressive titles amongst them, none of which I take credit for of course, but I feel plenty of pride knowing that I played a small part in their success. Any success that I have with my clients is due to the amazing love and support that I get from the Next Level Fitness gym in Clayton Victoria where my posing studio is situated. This gym is awesome and everyone that comes to see me for posing coaching always comment on how much they love the old-school feel of the gym and how well they are treated by the owners, staff and members. I am surrounded by people in this gym who are experts in their craft and who all love bodybuilding. I never hesitate to recommend anyone in this gym as I know that all of them can do the business in their chosen area of expertise. If any of you out there are looking to get a choreographed posing routine done or just looking for a change of pace and somewhere different to workout then drop in and say g'day, you won't regret it. There are no egos or arseholes in this gym, everyone gets along and respects each other, regardless of what their goals are. Once again, a big thanks to every single person that came to see me for posing lessons, I hope to see you all again soon for your next prep. :)

01.01.2022 I'm gonna need to build a bigger posing studio if I keep getting monstas like these two visiting me. I had the pleasure to do some fine tuning with heavyweight bodybuilders Adam Rochester and Chris Kavvalos yesterday. Both are in exceptional condition and will be competing this weekend at the Arnold Classic for the coveted IFBB Pro League Pro card. Both are definitely capable of winning judging by their condition and their presentation. Whoever stands next to them will need to bring their A-game because these two are in their all-time best condition. It's always a thrill to work with such amazing bodybuilders. I can't wait to see them onstage this Saturday. Best of luck Adam and Chris. :)
