25.01.2022 A number of our COVID-19 testing sites have reached capacity for today. Thank you for your patience South Australia and for doing the right thing by getting tes...ted if you have symptoms or if you have been asked by SA Health to get tested. We ask that you please be patient with our staff who are working hard to organise logistics and collect samples. We are dealing with record numbers of people seeking testing and we’re working hard to extend operating hours and capacity at our COVID testing sites. If you were unable to get tested today but you have symptoms, please visit a testing site tomorrow. For a list of sites visit www.sahealth.sa.gov.au/covidtesting Be prepared for delays by bringing water and snacks with you. After your test, please stay at home until you receive your negative test result. Reminder symptoms of COVID-19 may include: fever or chills cough sore throat runny nose shortness of breath loss of taste or smell. If you are well but worried, contact the SA COVID-19 Mental Health Support Line on 1800 632 753.

20.01.2022 COVID SAfe Check-In will roll out from tomorrow, to enhance contact tracing and keep our community COVID safe. The mySA GOV app will host the COVID SAfe Check-I...n feature, which once opened, will allow you to scan a business’s QR code. The app securely collects limited personal information as you enter a business or venue. Your details will only be kept for 28 days and will only be released to SA Health for official contact tracing purposes. Download the free mySA GOV app Available now on Google Play Available on the App Store from Tuesday afternoon As Apple finalises its requirements, users are able to sign in manually until available on the App Store from Tuesday afternoon. 18.01.2022 As of Tuesday 1st of December it is now mandatory for all patients and visitors to Craigmore Family Practice to wear a SURGICAL MASK (cloth masks are unacceptab...le). Those without a mask will not be allowed to enter the premises. Please remember to not enter the practice if you have any cold or flu like symptoms, cough, runny nose or sore throat or if you have been in any of the hot spots around Adelaide related to the Parafield Cluster or are awaiting your Covid test results. If you need to collect paperwork, scripts or referrals you can nominate a well family member or close friend to collect on your behalf. Alternatively speak to Reception Staff who can advise you on how to collect it. There is limited numbers allowed inside the practice at any one time so please be aware you may have to wait outside the doors, and remember to keep 1.5m apart at all times. We are all in this together and our team are here for our community.

You will still be asked the standard Covid Questions before your appointments. If you have cold or flu type symptoms you will not be able to attend the practice.... 07.01.2022 As of today masks are no longer mandatory inside the practice, you will still be required to check in using the QR code or via the hand written sheets when coming for appointments and for collections of scripts and paperwork. We continue to ask that patients do not enter the clinic if they are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms (i.e. cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose) It's best to book a telehealth consult with your GP instead. If you have any of the above symptoms y...ou can make arrangements with your GP during your telehealth consult to have scripts sent to your chemist or alternatively you can send a close friend of family member down to collect for you providing they are well and have none of the above symptoms. 06.01.2022 As of midnight tonight All South Australian's are required to wear a mask and only leaving your home for essential services. Physio appointments are now cancelled until the 26 November at this stage, Reception will be calling all patients to cancel. Apologies for the inconvience. ... Podiatry are re-scheduling their appointments via their Head Office as they won't be in the Practice for the duration of the states lock down period. Please stay vigilant and practice good hand hygiene. Remember to keep 1.5 metres apart where possible. Stay home if you're feeling unwell and get tested if you show signs or symptoms. 04.01.2022 Due to the recent outbreaks of Covid 19 in South Australia, all consults will be by telephone only. All booked Face to Face consults will be reverted to telephone calls at this time. We won't be accepting any new patients for the moment.... Patients who have not been to the practice for 12 months or more do not qualify for a phone consults with a Medicare rebate. Consultations with our doctors are still available for a private fee with no Medicare rebate. All procedures are postponed until further notice, If you have one booked, we will be giving you a call regarding this.
