22.01.2022 Where is your toothbrush right now? It should be in a well-ventilated, upright position, not touching anybody elses toothbrush! Its super important that you allow your brush to dry out between uses so it doesnt attract mould or any other nasties (so definitely not in your shower )! The same goes with touching another persons brush - you dont want to be sharing any germs.... This is just another way to keep your smile & body healthy!

08.01.2022 Uh oh, someone’s been grinding their teeth! . Teeth grinding or bruxism as the Australian Dental Association described it, is a tricky condition because it is something you could be suffering from, without even knowing it! You may not know if you are grinding your teeth because we tend to do this while we are asleep, so ask your partner or a family member! . We only have one set of adult teeth, and if we grind them down to stumps, they won’t be growing back ... . A solution to teeth grinding is wearing an occlusal splint at night. It won’t be stopping us from grinding, but at the very least, it is not our own teeth that’s being grinded down - the splint is. If you are interested to know more, reach out to us :) . NOTE: according to the ADA if the source of your teeth grinding is emotional, or caused by illness, poor nutrition or long term pain, it's important to deal with these issues ahead of seeing your dentist by contacting organisations like Lifeline (131 114) and Beyond Blue (1300 224 636).
