Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will suit a highly organised, courteous and professional individual to act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries to the office and provide administration support to the operations team. About the role:... You will have an autonomous approach to your work and be able to: Greet and welcome customers, visitors and suppliers to the office, and manage all enquiries in a prompt manner to ensure they are directed to the most appropriate person. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally using standardised Craneford Plumbing greeting. Facilitate the distribution of incoming daily mail and ensure correspondence is forwarded to the relevant staff member, in addition to incoming and outgoing deliveries, and couriers. Provide administrative support to the Operations team as required. Maintain and order stationery and other office supplies. About you: You will possess exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication skills and bring strong experience in a reception environment. You should be able to remain focused under pressure and deal with a diverse range of business contacts and clientele. Youll be an individual who can coordinate and prioritise work, have a high degree of personal integrity and creditability; possesses intermediate computer skills; and have excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in the construction industry is not essential but would be well regarded.
