23.01.2022 Here at Vlad's M&M we care about the environment :) this was the plastic protection sheeting from a job not so long ago :o at Vlad's we recycle everything we can :D did you know that soft plastics can be recycled at your supermarkets look for the red bin its called "redcycling " https://www.redcycle.net.au/where-to-redcycle/

22.01.2022 need some door adjustments are those doors sticking or wont lock Here at Vlad's we got you covered :) also need new weather strips put on your doors to keep the cool breeze and critters out we fit most types :D call us to discuss your needs . at Vlad's "we're here to help "

21.01.2022 under sink water damage repair :( this customer had a water leak for some time Lucky it was not structural and instead of replacing the cupboard under the sink which would require removing the bench top and more not to mention a costly repair to replace the whole cupboard :/ Vlad's did a cosmetic repair at a fraction of the cost . lesson to be learned always check under your vanity and sink periodically as the earlier the detection of a possible leak can save you quite a bit of cash not to mention the worries

17.01.2022 need a security door lock replaced or repaired :( here at Vlad's we can repair or replace door locks of all sorts this one was on a security screen door the client didn't have the key so we replaced the cylinder and just to go one step further we can offer to re-key the new lock to the existing door locks or vica-versa

16.01.2022 "Vlads M&M " did a fence and retaining wall repair recently, took some work but job completed :) finished the area off with top dressing the work area, its the finishing touches that makes a good job great :D

04.01.2022 out with the old in with the new :D if you need a clothes line repaired, re-strung or Replaced :) so don't put up with it breaking not staying up or worse find your clean clothes on the ground :( call Vlad's we can do it all :)

03.01.2022 if you want a blind fitted inside or out give Vlad's M&M a call to discuss your needs :) here is one i fitted recently to add privacy to a bathroom . safety is paramount to Vlad's M&M so securing the chain to make your little ones safe and keep them from getting tangled up on the long chain also it's the small things that we do makes a difference like the stiffening bar at the bottom of the blind was sliding in and out :/ that would annoy me :( so problem solved with a little piece of double sided tape. it's the small things that make us stand out from the rest :D at Vlad's "were here to help "

01.01.2022 For a change Versatility is the key at Vlad's M&M :D here at Vlad's we even change out Car-park signage at some of the local shopping Centers . this one was done today at Bribie Island shopping center :)
