25.01.2022 What’s in your soap bar? Have you ever looked at the label on store bought soap? Like really looked at it, and tried to pronounce the multitude of ingredients. It’s confusing and unless you aced year 12 chemistry, almost impossible. See, store bought soap, or mass produced soap, is mostly made from palm oil, and has a whole bunch of nasties added to it! It’s also stripped of its natural glycerin, which is bottled up and used in other products. ... Natural soap, made using the traditional cold processed method, uses simple, natural, effective ingredients. It retains its naturally occurring glycerin which helps to moisturise your skin. Ours contains absolute NO palm oil, and is scented with pure essential oils, instead of the chemical shit storm that is synthetic ‘ fragrance’. We put a lot of love into every bar we make and we hope you feel that when you welcome them into your home x

Some of you may remember, almost 12 months ago, how excited we were to launch The Luxe Edition - our favourite Essential oil combination of Ylang Ylang, Lavender & Rose Geranium. We launched in these beautiful concrete jars, which were the original concept behind our entire brand.... Well, the jars unfortunately didn’t work out, and we were back to the drawing board. This time around, we have teamed up with our good friend @spencerceramics , local potter extraordinaire, to bring you a range of handcrafted vessels; each one unique and sustainable. To be repurposed again and again. These vessels are just that extra bit special. I wish you could smell these already! We’ll have these ready in the next few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled!

What started out of necessity, quickly became a dream come true. To be able to provide a quality, sustainable, eco friendly product( to others outside of my immediate family) is beyond my wildest dreams. ... To be able to work from home, so I can be there for my boys in the early years of their lives, is priceless. 07.01.2022 We really try to encourage slower living in our home, but to be honest, it’s anything but at the moment. We are thick in the new routine of work, school, sports, repeat. Juggling all the balls, wearing all the hats trying to get through the day to day. If you’re feeling the same, let today be the day that you stop. Literally smells the flowers, appreciate something handmade, sink your toes into the sand and really pay attention to how it feels. Appreciate the small things, for they often become the big things x
