25.01.2022 RECIPE // Bone broth fish curry recipe by @createcookshare Ingredients 1kg white fish fillets (Ling, Burramundi) 4 garlic cloves, minced... 1 large brown onion, diced 1 green chilli, sliced and seeds removed 1 cup boiling water 4 tbs coconut oil 4 tbs @gevityrx Bone Broth Body Glue Curry 2 Bok Choy, sliced Coriander Lime Basmati Rice or Cauliflower Rice to Serve Instructions 1. Prepare and cook rice. Add 1 tbs Bone Broth Body Glue to Rice for added flavour and nutrition. 2. Add 2 tbs coconut oil to pot with onion, garlic and half the green chilli. Saute for 2 minutes then add Bok Choy and saute for a further 2 minutes. Remove from pot. 3. Add 3 tbs Bone Broth Body Glue to 1 cup boiling water and dilute. Set aside. 4. Add 2 tbs coconut oil to pot along with fish fillets. Season with sea salt and pepper. Cook each side for 2 minutes then add the Bone Broth and summer for a few minutes. Add an extra tbs of Bone Broth Body Glue by drizzling over fish. Turn off heat. 5. Serve rice, fish and greens in bowl and garnish with coriander and lime. How easy and yum?! #CreateFitness247Recipes

25.01.2022 Only got 15 minutes? We got you. Todays workout is a 15 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute). All you have to do is set a timer for 15 minutes with a timer every 1 minute if there is any time left (after a round or two there likely won't become)... Minute 1: Perform 15x DB thrusters then rest for the remaining minute as above. Minute 2: Next we've got 15x burpee over DB and again rest for the remaining minute Minute 3: Then minute 3 you get to rest. Woohoo. But you know what that means? You have to PUSH extra hard for those 2 minutes of work because it's just 2 minutes of work then you get to rest. Wow. It's going to hurt. Let us know how you go!!! #CreateFitness247

24.01.2022 RECIPE // PESTO PASTA WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 1/2 bunch of fresh basil leaves 1 big handful of spinach... 1/4 cup of soy milk 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1tbsp hemp seeds 1/4 cup walnuts 1tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper to taste 250g pasta (I used @orgranfoods millet, quinoa and buckwheat pasta spirals) Handful of spinach Punnet of cherry tomatoes ~300g shredded bbq chicken HOW TO: STEP (1) boil water and cook pasta for ~7 mins STEP (2) to make the pesto blend: fresh basil leaves, spinach, soy milk, nutritional yeast, hemp seeds, walnuts, olive oil, salt & pepper STEP (3) chop cherry tomatoes and shred chicken I just bought a pre-cooked BBQ chicken STEP (4) drain pasta, quick rinse w/ water then mix homemade pesto, tomatoes, chicken and some more spinach together. 23.01.2022 RECIPE // Warm Spring mornings call for Tropical Overnight Oats recipe by @the.happiesthealthyproject Ingredients - 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats - 1 tsp Chia Seeds... - 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk, or water - 1 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt - 1/4 Cup Mango Chunks (frozen is fine) - Pulp of 1 Passionfruit *Optional- 1 serve @happywayau protein powder, my favourite flavour to use in this combo is the Banana! 22.01.2022 Breakfast Egg + Broccoli Bars. Recipe by @cleanfoodcrush Ingredients: 1 medium head of broccoli 2 medium carrots, peeled... 1 Tbsp olive or avocado oil 8 large eggs 1/4 cup oat flour (ground oats) 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 tsp celery salt 1/4 tsp garlic salt freshly ground black pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f. and line a rectangular 811-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Using a hand grater, grate the carrots, then set aside. Hold the broccoli with the stem facing up and separate the florets making downward cuts from the stem. Very thinly chop the broccoli florets. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the broccoli and shredded carrots and saut for 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Remove from the heat and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, crack your eggs and add in oat flour, shredded cheese and seasonings; whisk until well combined. Fold in the sauted veggies. Pour this mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy! Yum!

19.01.2022 The scale is just ONE form of body composition measurement. Its not the be all end all. So if youre fixated on seeing the number on the scale move, ask yourself why does a number mean so much to you? If youre moving better and overall feeling amazing. Why does it matter what a piece of plastic says? It doesnt! If you feel like the scale is determining your mood and making you feel bad about yourself, stop weighting yourself. 16.01.2022 I cant do a pull/chin up"... You might not be able to do a body weight pull/chin up, however that doesnt mean you cant train pull/chin ups regardless. Try out assisted pull/chin up machine to 1) progress to your first unassisted pull/chin up and 2) build strength and muscle. Any questions. Ask our friendly staff on how to use this machine.

15.01.2022 Strawberry Steak Salad makes 4 servings. Recipe by @cleanfoodcrush WHAT YOULL NEED: 500g beef top sirloin steak (about 3/4 inch thick) 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste... 1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste 1 Tbsp olive oil Salad: 8 cups torn lettuce 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion 1/4 cup crumbled feta 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste HOW TO: Season your steak with sea salt and pepper. Preheat a griddle pan or a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Grease with the oil, then carefully add in your steaks and sear each side until browned and until it reaches your desired doneness. Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, remove from the heat and let them rest, covered, for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare your salad ingredients, and place them into a large serving bowl. Next, slice the steak into 1/2-inch thick pieces and add it into your salad. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and pecans. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Toss, serve and enjoy!

12.01.2022 Frozen Whipped Coconut Lemonade makes 4 servings. Recipe by @cleanfoodcrush WHAT YOULL NEED: 1/3 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice... 1 cup full-fat organic coconut milk (from a can) 2-1/2 cups ice cubes HOW TO: For a creamy and slushy whipped lemonade freeze your coconut milk the day before making: Simply whisk the coconut milk into a bowl. Whisking your milk first is important because coconut milk naturally separates. Immediately pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze until fully frozen (overnight). Once the coconut ice cubes are completely set, pop them into your high speed blender or food processor. Add in your fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice, honey and additional ice cubes. Blend on high speed, stopping to scrape the sides if necessary for about minutes until its just nice and slushy. YUM!
