24.01.2022 At our recent Sourdough and fermented foods workshop I realised how important and FUN it can be to connect with the food that sustains us through life. Amd how grounded one can feel in the process. We would love to hear stories from anyone who has experienced food preparation as a therapeutic practice eg. As a regulation tool for sensory challenges, relationship building, meditation, etc.

Our mission is to nurture and grow the creative spirit. We want to ad happiness, joy and vitality to all lives inspiring positive change - inside and out, individually and collectively. We value differences and celebrate individuality. We honour courage. We practice mindfulness and balance in mind, body and spirit.
