17.01.2022 It's been awhile since I have spoken about Body Image on my page Health Beyond Image Workshops couldn't run this year with Covid. However, I haven't really talked about it either & there is a reason why... For the first time in my life it's barely crossed my mind & I wanted to not think about it.... This year I become a MUM, my body changed completely & although right now I am not working out much, eating alot of heavy foods to help my breastmilk & well I don't fit in any of my clothes in my wardrobe. I couldn't be in a better place when it comes to the relationship with my body. I grew a little human & still he is growing from me, this body created the most perfect little man & WOW is it so amazing what it can do. I worked on my body image for 3 years leading up to getting pregnant, as I knew it would be challenging coming from disorderly eating. I wanted to make sure I would embrace my bump & my mum bod To all my mum friends out there, don't be ashamed of your new body .... your little bub was created from that body! REMEMBER THAT Your worth especially as a Mum, does not come from how you look! Be kind to yourself the way you are to your little bub See more
