23.01.2022 Creative Concreting & Construction is looking for an EXPERIENCED FORMWORK CARPENTER to join the team. Creative Concreting is a family run, Launceston based business looking for a hard-working, honest and reliable Formwork Carpenter who is ambitious and willing to grow with the business. The range of work includes house and shed slabs, commercial works, driveways, paths and decorative concrete and we pride ourselves on the highest standard of workmanship. Rate of pay will dep...end on experience and will be negotiated with the successful applicant. Key requirements to be successful for this position include: - Ideally 2+ years of in trade formwork carpentry experience. - Ability to read and understand plans and complete the job per the plan specifications. - Able to set out slabs and footings. - Able to determine and organise materials required. - Construct and secure concrete formwork shutters. - Be able to assist with concrete pours when required. - Have a flexible attitude to work on tasks that are beyond normal formwork carpenter duties if required. - Coordination and the ability to think ahead. - Have a valid drivers licence and reliable transport. - Be physically fit. - Take pride in your work and always complete it to the highest standard. - Capable of working in a team or independently. - Able to work away when required. We are now back to business as usual, so the usual posts of our concreting jobs will be making a comeback
