25.01.2022 Heres a project the team has been working on the last 5-6 weeks in Gladstone Park. Richard & Robynnes backyard was in desperate need of a makeover and boy did ...we do just that !! It all started with the demolition/site clearance. Next we constructed an amazing deck from our Next Gen Spotted Gum around the tree and added feature lighting . We also built retaining walls and planter boxes around the deck and added irrigation. Richard loves to grow his own vegetables etc so we built the raised planter boxes with irrigation and stainless steel wire/vine system to grow his vines on . Next job was to re roof the old shed and built a new door , turn the old bird avery into a storage area . Paving is the charcoalOnyx range 400mm x 400mm finished with the beautiful 40mm Majestic synthetic turf . Whilst we were there we had to contend with the storms and arrived one Friday morning to cut down a 5-6m tree that was uprooted in the high winds threatening to fall on the new deck !! 25.01.2022 Last month the team at Creative Lawn and Landscapes in conjunction with Woodbridge Decking took on the task of rebuilding the decking at Penguin Childcare Centr...e in Parkville . Unfortunately for the kids at the centre the area had been out of commission due to the joists and bearers rotting and the deck collapsing in areas . We spent a couple of days with the demolition and preparing for the installation of the new subframe. The choice of deck was the Next Gen ‘Cabin’ coloured composite decking from the Good Life range . Total area was approximately 170 m2 . We also re-installed all of the safety fencing and play equipment . As the photos show the kids now have an amazing safe and spacious area to play and a maintenance free deck that will last a lifetime! 23.01.2022 The last couple of days the team spent doing some demolition work at leanne & Andrews place in Viewbank in preparation for their new swimming pool . We removed ...16 trees and all existing lawn and irrigation along with the paving and concrete (over 20 tonne) leaving a nice clean slate for the pool company to do their thing ! Once the pool is completed we will return to help finish off the landscaping. Stay tuned See more

23.01.2022 Last week we were in Mickleham at Maddy and Stefans where we did a front yard makeover . After demolition we extended the driveway and concreted a pathway to th...e rear gate . The decking steps were constructed using the beautiful Jarrah Next Gen composite decking . 23.01.2022 This week we ventured back to Steven & Megan’s in Greensborough to install the amazing Next Gen Spotted Gum composite decking (now with 50 year warranty) in the alfresco area . We also constructed some ramps so the kids can ride their bikes around the house without any hazards . Complimenting the mudstone retaining wall and synthetic turf they now have a safe , kid friendly and maintenance free yard . Always a pleasure working for this lovely family . 23.01.2022 Heres another makeover at Dave & Staceys house in Doreen. They have 2 toddlers and wanted to utilise the large backyard and have a safe flat maintenance free area for the kids to play . We installed charcoal coloured Ghan concrete sleepers for the retaining walls and steps , charcoal pavers for the area in front of the shed and step treads . Extended the concrete area between the alfresco and fence to create more usable space .We laid 40mm majestic synthetic turf , great ...for the kids ! We also extended an existing timber retaining wall down the side . Plant out consisted of Lilly Pillys , Magnolias, silver birch and nandinas and mulched with 12mm pine bark . All thats needed now is the swing set , cubby house and trampoline and its kids paradise! It was an absolute pleasure working with Dave & Stacey to bring their vision to life ! 22.01.2022 What a difference a week or so makes !! Jack and the team at Creative Lawn and Landscapes went to George & Sias in Doncaster East to transform their front yard... . After excavating and taking away 12m3 of fill we constructed some beautiful Spotted Gum Next Gen decking steps with Merbau handrail and stainless steel balustrading. We also terraced the yard with 3 treated pine sleeper retaining walls . We also installed the lovely Sandleford Rialto letterbox . Over the next few weeks the owners are going to paint the existing concrete verandah , form a rock wall and pathway with the existing rocks to the left of the stairs and plant out and mulch . 21.01.2022 Today I travelled up to Bendigo to give family members Mark & Tammileas backyard a little makeover. With Marks help I installed automatic irrigation and about 90m2 of instant turf . Enjoy guys

19.01.2022 This week the team headed out to Christinas at Fraser Rise to replace a poorly constructed timber retaining wall with a concrete sleeper wall . After demolitio...n and excavation we installed painted galvanised steel uprights In concrete footings , slotted in the charcoal Ghan timber look concrete sleepers and backfilled with screenings . Relaid the existing synthetic turf , added a few plants and finished off with mulching the garden beds with 40mm granite stone and 20mm sunset stones . 18.01.2022 Part 2 . Also at Colins property in Greensborough ( we landscaped the front yard about 6 months ago ) his front decking was suffering from wear and tear and rotting timber . After a careful demolition we squared off the face off the deck , replaced all the rotted posts and sections of subrame . Decking is the amazing Next Gen Jarrah composite deck , 100% maintenance free which now comes with a 50 year manufacturers warranty. We installed new Merbau posts and handrail and stained them , complimented with the stainless steel balustrade wiring . 17.01.2022 Heres a little front and rear deck the boys constructed at Lorenzas in Doreen the last couple of days . Built from the beautiful Graphite Next Gen composite decking . 17.01.2022 Heres a project weve just completed in Sth Morang. Mohit , Anubha and little Myra who is having her 4th birthday party at home this weekend needed the remaind...er of the landscaping completed to their home . The team completed the rear retaining walls just before Xmas before we took a short break from this job . Some of the work consisted of treated pine sleeper retaining walls in the front yard complimented by the sir Walter buffalo instant turf with automatic irrigation , plant out and natural riverstones as mulch . Out back we laid a concrete slab to where we erected an aluminium louvred pergola, ghan charcoal concrete sleepers as garden boarders , sunset stone fire pit area with paved boarders , full automatic irrigation to all lawn areas and garden beds , sir Walter buffalo instant turf and erected the play equipment/swing set in the designated area with soft fall mulch . As the photos show an amazing user friendly low maintenance garden !! Had a ball working for this lovely family and I hope young Myra and get friends enjoy the new yard at the birthday party !! 16.01.2022 Today we finished Leannes front yard in Doreen. With a paved charcoal garden boarder and steppingstones, automatic irrigation, a nice variety of plants and shrubs topped off with natural riverstones and a lush Sir Walter Buffalo turf ! A very well presented and low maintenance garden. Thank you Leanne it was a pleasure working at your hew house the last few days and bringing another vision to life !! 15.01.2022 After battling rain and cold weather the team at Creative Lawn and Landscapes has finished another deck out at Riddells Creek. Using our Next Gen Graphite composite decking we constructed over 90m2 deck incorporating the spa area , also installing frameless glass safety panels and gate . It was an absolute pleasure working with John and Teresa creating their amazing entertaining area . It was a shame we couldnt get the final photos taken in clear weather but stay tuned , more to come when the new outdoor table and couch arrives !! 14.01.2022 Part 1 . Heres a little project the team has been working on recently at Colins in Greensborough. If you remember last year we created a beautiful curved mudstone retaining wall and landscaping to give the property a whole new look . As the pics show the backyard was overgrown and not very user friendly so we needed to make the most of the huge rear yard and potential for the entertaining/deck/pergola area to be constructed in the following months . After a couple of days... of demolition and excavation we built a mudstone wall to terrace the yard and level it incorporating the grand mudstone steps that come off the proposed deck . We retained all the garden beds with rock and treated pine sleepers and plated out with a variety of trees and shrubs then mulched . Turf is sir Walter buffalo and irrigation is installed . Stay tuned for the construction of the deck and pergola. In the meantime Colin and his family can enjoy their new open , spacious and level yard !! 12.01.2022 Earlier last month the team at Creative Lawn and Landscapes completed some renovation work at Susans house in Mill Park. Susan had a problem with water damaged.../rotting timbers to barge boards/fascias , veranda beams and posts , balcony , posts and deck , rear steps , posts and handrails and we also insulated and lined the ceiling of her garage which the upstairs extension sits atop (bedroom & bathroom) now making it energy efficient and nice and cosy all year round not to mention the saving in future heating and cooling costs ! We also organised the painting contractor to come in next week and give the complete exterior a face lift . 11.01.2022 Heres a quick little makeover we did in Doreen last week . Phil & Karen wanted their rear yard levelled out to cater for the trampoline and be user friendly. W...e excavated and removed 25m3 of existing grass , stone and plants . Constructed retaining walls using charcoal Ghan concrete sleepers, plant out , natural riverstone mulch , new sir Walter buffalo turf , irrigation , installed a clothesline and concreted paths & area for a fire pit , sunset sharp stones in the parking area for their caravan . 11.01.2022 The last couple of days we had the pleasure of doing a makeover at Damien & Sarahs in Doreen. We went in with the mini excavator and cleared out the site , installed the beautiful Grange charcoal concrete sleeper feature wall , the lush Sir Walter buffalo instant turf, planted out with bamboo to form a screen and mulched . 09.01.2022 Heres a little job we did in Doreen over the last few days. The clients had numerous contractors look at the job and it was all too hard as it had restricted ...access.(750mm) . We love a challenge ! We took out 20m3 of clay , installed a couple of treated pine sleeper retaining walls to level out the yard and form up a ramp and garden beds . 08.01.2022 Heres a nice little front yard makeover we did at Joans place in Reservoir last week. Joans front yard is always in shade so it struggled to grow any grass ,... leaving her with a mud heap in winter and a dust bowl in summer . After demolition an...d excavation we constructed a retaining wall using the charcoalGrange concrete sleepers . Now with a nice levelled area down went the lush 40mm Majestic synthetic turf. The decking steps were constructed using our magnificent Jarrah Next Gen composite deck which now carries a 50 year warranty on staining and fading ! We installed the Harmony Wheel water feature and low voltage garden lighting , finishing up with the plant out , automatic drip feed irrigation with natural riverstone as mulch .
