24.01.2022 Creativism's new home - and maybe yours too? We're looking for amazing individuals, community organisations and small business to come become founding members of Western Sydney's newest and most awesome co-working space.

21.01.2022 We're delighted to finally launch The Western Front - a new lobby group, networking group and secret society dedicated to bringing together the young and emerging leaders, the intrepid entrepreneurs and the community builders of Western Sydney. Join us today!

14.01.2022 When Andrew, our Founder, was 16, he wrote his first Letter to the Editor commenting that the critics of the $145 million that went towards rebuilding the Sydney Conservatorium of Music (complete with archaeological discovery and preservation) were hypocritical in their support of the $690 million that went towards building Stadium Australia. Today, the Sydney Conservatorium is one of the best music schools in the world, and Stadium Australia has had to keep selling its naming rights. We now have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to invest in the future of Western Sydney - building our Silicon Core at Camellia and our Creative Precinct at Fleet Street is more important than white elephant stadiums. Instead of one-off sporting events, we need to support on-going culture, invest in jobs and careers. Symphonies, not Sportsball!

12.01.2022 It's a good start, but it's just the beginning. A little lip service to some arts and culture installations and events is nice, but we need a cohesive, city-wide plan for creating the Creative Centre and Hub infrastructure we need to foster the creative thinking that will define the new Sydney.

08.01.2022 Creativism was originally founded to lobby around the development of Parramatta as the focus of the Creative Industries in Sydney and globally. Today, we feel more isolated than ever before from our counterparts across the startup sector - with the revelation that the NSW Government was to announce that the Sydney Startup Hub would be located in Parramatta, until last minute intervention by organisations like TechSydney to "save" it. It's clear that it's "us versus them" - when TechSydney's stated goal is to subsume all other industry advocacy bodies into theirs, it's to further draw resources and attention from Western Sydney back to the Eastern CBD. This is not acceptable - we must always put Western Sydney First, because only Western Sydney is capable of supporting the Creative Industries of the next generation.

05.01.2022 Good. Let's build Google their HQ at Camellia instead.
