19.01.2022 Preparing our delicious peppered warm beef salad takes much longer than 30 seconds! We marinate strips of Stirling Range beef overnight in black pepper, ginger, garlic, chilli, soy sauce and Chinese rice wine, resulting in beef thats soft, juicy and packed with flavour.
