23.01.2022 Nice spot for a dip but think I will wait for it too warm up. Finished off this above ground concrete pool with mosaic tile. Whats even better than the view is that Im not grouting it concrete was primed and tiled using @laticreteaustralia platinum 254 tiles supplied by @thepooltilecompany @ Beechmont, Queensland, Australia

22.01.2022 Laying this beautiful 800mm 12mm Italian Porcelain from @beaumont.tiles at home. A full weekend of prep work went in getting the substrate ready, a shocker of a slab. Bloody concreters will be the death of me. All ready for seal and grout. @ Lower Beechmont

21.01.2022 Handed this beauty over a few weeks ago and just seeing the finished photos as this renovation nears completion. The combination of the light grey stone effect tile, mat black tap ware and the stunning bespoke vanity make this room sing! This is the first of another 4 bathrooms on this project. Cant wait to get started on the other rooms. They are going to be show stoppers... Thank you @goldcoastfloorsanding

20.01.2022 Shower Wastes. For me getting onsite prior to plumbers first rough in is paramount. Working out room design, shower drain position to suit the optimum tile set out is all part of the process. People say I want one of those invisible long drains ok well let’s work out where your plumber needs to position waste pipes in the floor and you can have that floor like the one you’ve seen on Instagram! Plan, prep, install.

19.01.2022 and we are done well almost. No grouting this week due to the weather but this big 100 metre entertainment area is finished. A really challenging space with a lot of grinder action. The pool will get sealed between rock and tile after grout. Prep work and landscaping by @ocmconstruction how good to see the back of those nasty pavers and gravel around that awesome natural pool @ Gold Coast, Queensland

14.01.2022 Project recently completed, can’t wait to see the finished room. The handmade terracotta tiles against the green subway really give this room the Moroccan theme we were going for. It’s going to look so good fitted off

14.01.2022 Handover of this balcony up in the GC hinterland. The guys from Oak & Iron Constructions removed the existing tiles. Waterproofing and the original tile had failed and subsequent damage to garage below. New waterproof membrane above and below screed, finished with @dta_australia balcony drip edge. Another sound install by all involved. Enjoy that view @ Beechmont, Queensland, Australia

13.01.2022 A recent project signed sealed and delivered. Classic white on white walls with a concrete style porcelain floor tile. Finished with @driconchem 501 grout and @mapeiaustralia ultra colour plus @lauxesgrates supplying the consistently smart lineal strip drain.

12.01.2022 Handed over this completed en-suite today, first one of two bathrooms and then onto the main floor on this big Miami renovation. Grouted using the best white grout you can get 501 KemGrout and Mapei Ultra Colour.
