24.01.2022 To say it has been a challenging year would be an understatement and for a lot of people as well! Having to shut shop for 6 weeks is not an easy thing to do especially in a job you love, however a must in the current circumstances we face and the right thing to do. I wish everyone good health and stay safe. Hopefully we can knock covid on the head and get on with our lives. I thank my clients for their continued loyal support. 15.01.2022 Lost count on the number of hours spent on this Lexus IS 250. Suffering from some major oxidisation, bird and bat dropping etches and extremely thin paint levels, we carefully massaged this paintwork back to good health through many many stages of paint corrective treatments. Headlight restoration was also performed.Now wearing Ceramic Pro.

11.01.2022 4 massively long days in restoring this Holden VF Calais Wagon back to as close to factory as possible. Suffering major contamination and very heavily swirled, it required a lot of patience and many stages of machine correction and sanding to get this right. Topped off and protected with Gtechniq Crystal Serum and Exo. www.reflection-perfection.com.au

10.01.2022 The majestic turn around! This X5 had to be seen in the flesh to get a true understanding of how the paintwork was on it. Suffering a huge amount of random in depth scratches, swirling that could be compared to a not looked after vehicle after about 3 years, sanding marks in numerous places and rotary buff trails/holograms everywhere! What made things worse was that there was contamination which had not been removed so the prior buffing embedded the contamination even further... into the clearcoat of the paint. Acknowledging the fact that the paintwork was in need of some major work, the procedure was going to be one of a careful and slow approach. Saving the clear coat and removing the least amount was the desired effect as measurements showed some very thin areas. Utilising very light compounds at a slow machine speed but doing numerous passes while managing heat build up was found to be the best approach. Adding a primer as a final step in the jewelling process to create a fantastic bonding with the Ceramic coating gives this paintwork new life for many years to come. The chosen coating was Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra with Exo as the topper. The end result stunned our client! First words were sure it’s the same car, the last one had a greyish tinge to it? 10.01.2022 3 massively long days and nights!!! The project was getting this 2010 tank of a Range Rover Vogue back to very good health. Suffering from heavy car wash swirls and random in depth scratches and a huge amount of contamination. Nursed it back to health via heavy paint decontamination process and a multiple step machine correction process. 06.01.2022 An absolute joy in giving this old school Alfa a new lease of life. Suffering some major swirls surrounding the whole vehicle and buffer trails as far as the eye could see.
