07.01.2022 Reference against the serving Supreme Court Judge and future Chief Justice of Pakistan got dismissed by Supreme Court yesterday after his wife produced money trail and related evidence before the Supreme Court for the purchase of assets he was questioned about. Very poor performance of the government of Pakistan, asset recovery unit and highly incompetent Personal Assistant to PM Pakistan on accountability Mr Mirza Shahzad Akbar in Qazi Faez Esa case. Reference against Qazi F...aez Esa was very poorly investigated by @ShazadAkbar and asset recovery unit before it was lodged which ended up so badly and exposed government’s inefficiency once again. Shahzad Akbar must be questioned for his poor performance in this case and in last 24 months.
