07.01.2022 The Conservation Regulator is investigating after a kangaroo was found near Winchelsea, having been shot with a crossbow. A wildlife rescuer discovered the injured Eastern Grey Kangaroo at Wurdiboluc Reservoir on Saturday August 29. Two crossbow bolts were protruding from the animals body. The kangaroo was euthanised due to its severe injuries.... As part of the investigation, the crossbow bolts are undergoing forensic examination and the Conservation Regulator is appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
