22.01.2022 The calendars are here!!! They are the best yet... The photos have all come up sooo well. I'm super happy with them. Thanks so much to my daughter, Amy Lee Webster for taking such beautiful images. Please message me to order. They are $20 each plus postage. Please share this post.

22.01.2022 Still have Christmas cards available... just click on the pic to see how many are left of that particular card.. Great for sending some Aussie cheer over Christmas. :)

22.01.2022 This beautiful little Brushtail Possum joey came to us from the Maffra vets, after she was found in her dead mums pouch. She has a very sad story to tell. Her mum was trapped in an illegal rabbit trap and tried to climb the tree and was tangled and died. Luckily for this little girl, who I've named Tammy, she was found in time, in her mums pouch. She weighed 364 grams on arrival. There is an investigation going on as to who is using these illegal steel jaw rabbit traps on a popular walking track. We hope they are found and prosecuted accordingly.

22.01.2022 Still heaps of calendars left. Posting tomorrow if you would like one.... please help us out by supporting us and buying one... help us keep helping the wildlife.

20.01.2022 What better time to spread some Wildlife birthday cheer.. :)

20.01.2022 Such a beautiful day today I thought I'd take some pics of the bigger joeys. Charlie is such a big boy now, weighing in over 15 kgs. He's still mummys big sooky boy tho. <3

20.01.2022 Sharing these cards again for an interested supporter of the page... Plenty still available, get in early for Christmas, :)

20.01.2022 Tammy, who's mum was found dead in the trap in Maffra, is doing fantastic. She is such a funny little character. Here she is upside down getting her breakfast in bed, lol.

19.01.2022 This is why we do what we do!! I'm a greatgranroomum. This mum kangaroo is a daughter of one of my hand-raised girls, Daffney. So Daisy is wild-born and now has a joey of her own. We finally got to see the little head poking out having a good look around tonight. I couldn't get any closer as Daisy is not friendly... being wild-born, that's just as she should be. <3

19.01.2022 Oh Peggy, you are such a beautiful girl. <3 <3 <3

19.01.2022 Still plenty of calendars left.. Please message me to order some. They are $20 each plus postage... All proceeds will be going towards new wombat pens... Thank you. <3

18.01.2022 This is Lyric, and Eastern Grey Kangaroo joey, that has been in care for months, since she was very small. She's thriving in care and loving life. <3

16.01.2022 I finally got a couple of quick pics of Robyn's joey while it was out of her pouch. Not sure on the sex yet. Isn't it gorgeous? <3

16.01.2022 These 2 beautiful joeys came here about 10 days ago from another shelter. Cole (Eastern Grey Kangaroo) was raised by Pam from a pinky and she did an amazing job with him. He came here sooo healthy and well adjusted. Cooper (Swamp Wallaby) had also been in her care for a couple of weeks. Just as his pic implies, he is a typical very cheeky, naughty little boy, lol. They are great mates. <3

15.01.2022 This big male has been following Robyn home lately. I'm almost certain it's Zac, one I raised about 6 years ago. <3

14.01.2022 Little wombat pinky, Milly is still with us and improving every day. Her bruising has gone now and just the scabs from the grazing remains. She lost a bit of weight in the first few days because she wasn't drinking properly, but she is drinking well now and has almost gained all the weight back on. <3

13.01.2022 Little Chrissie has been in care just over a month now and is doing fantastic. She is now just over 1kg in weight. <3

12.01.2022 This gorgeous little Swamp Wallaby joey arrived here a week ago, after his mum was hit by a car. He came from the bush up behind us and was rescued by a lovely lady who got him straight to us. I've named him Archie and he is doing fantastic. He was 596 grams on arrival. Isn't he beautiful. <3

12.01.2022 Little Melaleuca (Leuca for short), is growing like a weed too.. She is just over 6 kgs now. <3

11.01.2022 Bish has been with us for about 15 months now, since he was a small joey, orphaned after his mum was hit and killed on the road. He is a BIG boy now, weighing about 18 kgs or so. It's almost time for release. We will leave the gate open on his pen and he can come and go, till he makes his own burrow and home in the bush... <3

11.01.2022 This young Southern Boobook owl had a few days rest and recuperation here a couple of weeks ago. After a few days rest and lots of yummy mice and moths, it was more than ready to be back on it's way. <3

10.01.2022 This little Swamp Wallaby joey came into care yesterday after she was rescued from her dead mothers pouch in Yallourn North. She is 1.2 kgs and has settled in quite well. I've named her Kelly. Thank you to all who helped get her here to me. <3

09.01.2022 Our little bushfire survivor, Annie, is doing so well.. She's now just under 7 kgs and loving life. <3 . The pics aren't the best, my phone camera is not focusing properly for some reason.

09.01.2022 Good morning all...... Just thought I'd post some pics of just a few of the newer joeys in care here lately. These are pics of when they first came into care. Some have been in for a few weeks and others about a month. Will try to get some updated pics of them soon. Please remember to stop and check pouches of animals that have been killed on the road... you could save a life like these ones. <3

04.01.2022 Cole is our March calendar page boy. He has grown such a lot since the calendar photo was taken. Gorgeous boy. <3

03.01.2022 There have been a lot of new orphans come into care since my last posts... here are just 2 of them. These little Ringtail joeys are brother and sister. They were 76 grams on arrival just over a week ago. They are doing really well in care. They do need names.... maybe famous brother and sister names?

03.01.2022 Meet Finn, an Eastern Grey Kangaroo joey.... He came into care here a few days ago after his mother was killed on the road. A lovely local lady found him in his dead mothers pouch and brought him around. He weighs 1242 grams and is just starting to get fur. He has settled in really well and drinking all his formula. Isn't he a cutie. <3

03.01.2022 Hey all, sorry for the lack of posts lately, just haven't been online much. The world has been a crazy place this year hasn't it. Hoping all our followers are safe and well. The lack of cars on the road was great for our Wildlife and things were quieter than usual, but the joeys have started coming in again more frequently now and I'll post some pics of them soon. Please remember to take care when travelling on our country roads and if you do happen to hit an animal, please do the right thing and stop and check it's condition and check for pouch young.... Remember that little pink wombat joey, Tilly... Well this is her now, almost 3 kgs. She's a cranky little girl, lol, but doing fantastic. <3

03.01.2022 Get in early for Christmas cards this year. Click on the pic to see how many of each are available and to see what's on the inside and the back of the card. Message me for any orders. Thank you. :)
