During lockdown, we realised a large number of 168 members lived or travelled through the area. So we set about finding the ideal location that could serve as an extension to our other two gyms to give you more options for your training. @crossfit168_alexandria will open this Monday for its first class and all 168 unlimited members are able to register and train.

06.01.2022 Having your own rope is really important when you are learning double unders. Using a consistent length and feel takes the variables our of your progress. Double unders usually appear in the program at least once a week. So a rope should be one of your first investments when starting CrossFit.
