17.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who fronted today for our Bushfire Fundraiser, good vibes great turnout and nothing but love for all those who have lost or sacrificed to serve others through this devastating bushfire season. We managed to raise $1,318.35 to go to My Sisters Keeper who provide Respiratory Masks to the Rural Fire Service. In some small way every contribution, every small act of kindness, helps to show the bright side of humanity, the ability to come together in a time of crisis, from the CFI family we send our love to all those who need it.

12.01.2022 Burnout 2020 Announcement: As responsible members of the Crossfit community here in Australia, with the health & safety of staff, volunteers and athletes being the highest priority and with a nationwide ban on events with more than 500 people due to COVID-19. Crossfit Ingleburn sees financial benefits to the box from running Burnout 2020 as secondary to a duty of care to all stakeholders and their safety. Therefore Crossfit Ingleburn sees no other option but to postpone Burno...ut 2020. We'd like to thank all teams, vendors and volunteers who supported Burnout 2020. How will this work? 1. All registered teams will receive a refund today 2. We will announce a future date for Burnout 2020 in due course (most likely the back end of 2020) 3. The Crossfit community is resilient, robust and filled with with fitness entrepreneurs who will be negatively impacted by COVID-19, athletes who may lose income from jobs and families whose lives will be disrupted. 10.01.2022 CROSSFIT INGLEBURN COVID 19 Announcement: Crossfit Ingleburn will be open tomorrow with morning and afternoon classes running as per timetable. Members & staff health and safety is our highest priority for this reason we will be closing as of Tuesday 24th March until further notice. These are extraordinary times and very unique measures will be taken to protect our CFI FAMILY. How will this work?... 1. All gym memberships will be placed on hold through the shutdown period beginning Tuesday 24th March. Families need all the financial support they can get at this time. CFI has got your back. 2. We will be posting Home WOD’s each day during the shutdown period. 3. We will get through this, our CFI FAMILY has already been through so much in 2020, our heart goes out to any members whose employment may be impacted or whose families may be directly affected through illness due to COVID 19. The sun will rise and this will pass, we will all get through this together. See more
