25.01.2022 Today is our last session for term 2. We will be having a 2 week break over the school holidays and will resume again on Tues 9 July. If you won't be in today, have a fun and safe holiday and will see you next term.
23.01.2022 Term 4 CrossFit Kids/Teens classes resume tomorrow afternoon. Looking forward to finishing the year off strong and getting our kids fitter for summer
20.01.2022 Kids and teen classes will resume next Tuesday Feb 2, due to Australia Day this week. Hope everyone had a great break. Looking forward to another great year of developing and enhancing our children's future through movement. Class times remain the same: Tues 345-415pm (ages 6-12) and 430-515pm (ages 12-17).
19.01.2022 Developing habitual movement patterns and improving all aspects of physical capabilities in a fun environment leads to a much broader effect in our kids than just getting fitter. Experience is the only way to test it so come along...first session is free!! Only 3 weeks left in this term!! Tuesday afternoons 3:45-4:15 (age 6-12) and 4:30-5:15 (age 13-17)
19.01.2022 Plank position - a great movement for strengthening and stabilising the midline, something that is critical in more complex movement patterns, however they are pretty boring!!! 16.01.2022 We have had a great start to the year with our kids (6-12) group having now reached full capacity, so unfortunately we will be unable to include any further kids to this class. You can still come down and check us out and register your interest for next term. There is still space in the teens class however (12-17).
15.01.2022 CrossFit Kids classes will resume this week for the start of term 2. Timetable is unchanged: Tuesday and Thursday 3:30 - 4 (ages 6-12) and 4:15 - 5 (ages 12-17). Looking forward to seeing everyone back and having FUN!!!!

11.01.2022 Crossfit kids classes will be breaking for the Christmas holidays this week. We will be resuming classes again on Tuesday 8th January. If I don't see you at the gym, I wish you and your families a happy and safe Christmas. We are looking forward to an exciting 2013 and hope to be able to continue in developing the crossfit journey of your kids.

09.01.2022 2017 is here and kids/teen classes are back next week!! Tuesday afternoons: 345-415 (ages 6-12) and 430-515 for the teenagers. We will be capping classes again this year so get in early to secure your spot.

07.01.2022 Hope everyone had a great Xmas and new year....word on the street was that Santa was pretty busy looking after all those kids who trained hard throughout the year. Crossfit kids classes are resuming this week. Same timetable as last year: tues/thurs 330-400 (age 6-12) and 415-500 (age 12-17). Hope to see all the kids back into it over the next couple of weeks. We have a great year planned, including starting to explore the topic of nutrition.

01.01.2022 I am looking to get hold of some light weight dumbells/hand weights - 1 to 5 kg up to 10kg - to use in our crossfit kids program. If you have any, or know someone who has, and they are sitting around doing nothing, and you would like to donate them and contribute to developing the fitness of our future generation then please let me know. Not concerned with the condition they are in. Thanks
