We have maximum 9 people per class and the classes will go for 50min to give us 10min of cleaning of equipment. . . Our 5th Birthday is coming up and we would like to invite all our members to come in and celebrate with some indoor and outdoor workouts... . . We will providing 4 workouts (1 indoor/3 outdoor an there will be 20 per workout) . . We also will be taking a group photo to mark our 5th year . . Breakfast will be provided for everyone as well . . This will be a great chance for everyone to meet each other as we have had a whole heap of new members join up so wed like to make you guys feel welcomed with the community we have built in the past 5 years! . . We are still deciding on what we want the dress theme to be because best dressed will win themselves a prize! . . Super Geed up with this lift from long term member @i_sayahhh. Hes been consistent and he has been setting goals for himself to stay motivated and hungry for progress . . What you lack in is not motivation, it’s the lack of respect you have to your own body .... . We set goals not hit but to keep us on track. When you wake up with a goal know the outcome will be worth. It’s about understand your why’s first . . To be honest the idea of being weak should be enough to set aside 3 hours (3 sessions) in your 168 hour week to train and feel good about yourself. See more
