20.01.2022 Hi Folks, We hope you enjoyed a summerly weekend and stayed cool. Remember to register for this Friday on our events page.... Make sure to register each person on a separate booking. Unfortunately the ticket system does not record additional names if you add more than 1 ticket. However, the Government Covid guidelines require that each person attending confirms the covid condition of entry and provides their full name and contact details. Our database developer will get this fixed in the next few weeks. Until then please help us by paying attention to how you book. The developer has done a great job linking online registrations with the database, to automatically capture details, attendances, etc. But it is a work in progress. 02.01.2022 CROSSROADS RE-OPENING We are back on Friday 30th October!! We’re so excited to see you again in person!! Most of you would have received the registration link by email. If you haven’t, please register via the link below. Please be aware that due to Government regulations we now have limited spaces available. That means you have to register, so that we can monitor numbers and to confirm the conditions of entry. If we are at full capacity and you arrive without having reg...istered, you will unfortunately not be allowed to enter. This rule includes volunteers. We can only have a limited number of people on the premises at the same time. Also we need you to register your full contact details, as we may be asked to provide attendance lists to government authorities. Each Participant and each Carer must register separately with their details and confirm the conditions of entry for themselves (unless a carer or guardian does it on behalf of the participant though the registration still needs to be in the participant’s name). Once all available booking tickets have been used up, you will not be able to register. In that case, make sure to register early for the following week. The new link to register will become available on Saturday on church.nu/events We have a new start time of 9am and will finish at 1:30pm. The Registration desks are open from 8:30am. On arrival please be patient with our volunteers at the Check-In desks, as we are using a new check-in system and may require further information from you to update our database.
