04.01.2022 Our current Cert IV student, Jose Miguel Narvaez, is set to open a Peruvian restaurant with his friends in South Yarra. Jose told us that the practical skills he learnt from Cert III as well as the advice from his trainers have been instrumental in his plans to open the restaurant. Jose has always been an excellent student and takes every opportunity to learn from his trainers. His advice to future students: ‘Always be active in class and never hesitate to ask questions’.
