16.01.2022 #Repost @permacultureaustraliaofficial with @get_repost Who is the face behind these beautiful illustrations? We chatted to @brenna_quinlan, the illustrator featured in the @Retrosuburbia and @Milkwood books, and on PAs Instagram and website. Teaching has given me the confidence to draw what I feel is right, in my own way, and then share it with the world. Read Brennas take on the symbiosis of permaculture teaching and illustration, and the role of kids in the future ...of permaculture. 04.01.2022 Find this Kangaroo with a Joey in his pouch having a good old rest on a warm day whilst walking in Morialta Conservation Park, Adelaide.

03.01.2022 After applying the layer of sheet mulch (cardboard) we added organic mushroom compost from a local landscape supplier. We then mulched liberally and plant! One of the fastest and easiest ways I have found to create a new garden bed which gives healthy growth, quick yields and greatly reduces labour

02.01.2022 Not sure the species, but thought this a pretty cool Wattle flower whilst walking around Adelaide

02.01.2022 All that "waste' cardboard we found recycled and put to good use as sheet mulching to prepare new beds for quality soil. This methods saves time and work in digging up the grass, the cardboard will break down in time under the new soil and plant life which will be established above
