21.01.2022 ROOF RE-BEDDING AND POINTING. This roof had some of the roof capping shift and slide off the roof due to the storms we had recently in Gippsland. The cement under the roof capping was worn and starting to fall out. When the cement gets to this point it allows the capping to move witch allows gaps in between the capping and then the roof will leak or the capping will shift in a storm and slide down the roof onto the ground and smash.
