They come with covers and also have a second sweat absorption cover made from bamboo! (Even ethically made!!). So they can be washed. Two covers can be taken off and washed! 23.01.2022 What a magical Solstice energy filling our hearts up to overflowing yesterday. My first Caocao ceremony with this uplifting and inspirational group of women. Wow. It was completely divine. The first of many women's circles Fiona Mills and I will be running many more on Gumbaynggirr country with ceremony, meditation, yoga, dance, breathwork, sound healing and connection plus, with intentions of sending divine love deep down into Gia and out to the universe and to all sentient ...beings. Beacuse we all need more Yoking, yoga means to yolk, to become one with yourself, to become whole. And we all know the world needs more love. 16.01.2022 It's that time of year! Feeling grinchy?!? Not getting in as much yoga as you hoped? Me neither. I don't always find the two hours a day I would love to do Asana, pranayama and meditation practices. But I can always find five mins to check in with a little breathwork, which we call pranayama in Yoga. Just 5 mins can boost your energy, change your mood, with certain breathing techniques leading to calmer states of being and others building up your personal power, energising an...d invigorating. For example at this time if year, if you want to feel more calm take a few rounds of Viloma pranayama, focus on lengthening the exhalation by adding in a shot pause, 2-3 secs for beginners, before breathing in again. 05.01.2022 Gotta get it in when you can in the school holidays. The sand is a challenging medium to practice on. The surface is uneven and a little softer than the solid wooden floor boards in the yoga studio or carpet at home. You learn new things about your own practise taking asana in new settings, learning to go into that meditative space and be present with yourself and all that is.
