25.01.2022 What a great result - this ‘Californian Bungalow’ was transported to site from the big smoke in 3 pieces approx 10 years ago, and was in desperate need of a face lift! A ton of man hours involved, with the Weatherboards ripped back and sanded 3 times in total. Boards were Filled, No More Gaped and the entire house including Windows was Oil Based Undercoated. It took weeks to begin top coating using Haymes Paint but the outcome is absolutely fantastic, not to mention the col...our scheme. Fingers crossed the clients will be jumping for joy on arrival. Thanks to Adrian Taylor for jumping on board and helping out when left in the lurch, greatly appreciated champ .

17.01.2022 Here’s an insight into what’s been happening of late; Other than the standard Painting and Decorating, we’ve taken on more of a ‘project management’ role with our latest job renovating and refurbishing a 1970’s home locally! It’s very beneficial for our clients to know and understand that we have access to many local trades - Carpenters, Plumbers, Plasterers, Electricians and more! It definitely eases their mind and allows us to make the calls, and do the organising meaning l...ess stress and headaches for our customer base.. One thing lead to another with this job creating the perfect spaces for our client in each room, including automated double roller blinds in ‘Black’ throughout. 01.01.2022 Full En-Suite Reno near completion in Rosebud; - Asbestos Removal - Straightening of Walls - Plastering... - Floating Floors - Installation of Vanity, Basin, Tapware, Over Height Toilet, Shaving Cabinet, Towel Rail - Installation of Existing Stainless Steel Handrail - New Door, Jamb and Timber Window - Full Re-Paint Including Ceilings, Walls and Woodwork Space was a huge concern throughout the property as the client has a knee scooter, requiring ‘useful’ room in all areas of the house. Removal of an Internal Nib Wall and Existing Shower was required to turn an unused room into another ‘useable’ space. Next up will be a Kitchen Demo and Install! #morningtonpeninsula
