23.01.2022 I Love this part of the what we do!! I have had to get out today and yesterday to do our site visits and updates on blocks for clients but I am not complaining! Checking to see condition of site, progress on infrastructure, cleanliness of area, services, NBN, prep for next stages and of course, the slabs when they are poured!! These are all part of the service and the little details that are neglected within the industry! ... NOT HERE! Weather is soooo beautiful! 17.01.2022 Another slice of Australia, for another cracking couple!!! Alkimos is popping off at the minute!!!! I have had a several clients coming in and securing land in Alkimos, Eglington and Yanchep way! Walking distance to beaches and minutes drive to the main roads!! ... The area was sold out of titled blocks. We would have to wait to December, January to be titled. We would of struggled with the grants! A few phone calls was made and we got a block that was coming back to market but not yet advertised to public! Persistence in our search for our clients!!! Anything we can do to help you save money, keep the costs down or avoid getting sprung for unnecessary costs like the below pictured, we will! ... You get lazy Pratt’s fly tipping there rubbish anywhere and no consideration for the person who has to pay, the client! NOT HERE!! Spent 20 minutes or so cleaning up the rubbish and taking away the Sofa and colour bond. Builders lumping sand as well, typical. That will be sorted also!! We literally have your back!!
